What's new in Forte 8000 V12.00.13

  • The Insurance Billing list will now show a total to bill at the bottom of the list.
  • Agreed Pricing can now be accessed using the Alt+g key, from the fee schedule screen.
  • Resetting the Filter options on the Advanced Patient Look-up screen will now correctly clear and reset the filtered results.
  • Added descriptions to all items in the AI Setup window.
  • Added an option to the Utilities menu, 3rd Party Integrations for the APAYSIC Credit Card Processing system.
  • Added an option to the 'Configure' tab of the Insurance Claims Setup screen. This 'Based on Treating Doctor' option, if selected, will review the Dr number for each procedure, and generate 2 or more claim forms, one for each dr number. All information on these claims will be tailored to the specific doctor as specified in the ledger screen.
  • Added an profile for Clear Connect to the Direct EDI setup window.
  • Added fields for Interchange Sender ID Qualifier, and Interchange Receiver ID Qualifier, to the Direct EDI Setup window. These fields allow for the direct manipulation of segments ISA05 and ISA07 respectively.

 

V12.00.13 Addresses the following issues

  • Fixed an issue with the Payment Report that could cause the generate button to not appear on Windows XP based systems.
  • Aligned all fields within the Custom tab of the patient file.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause duplication of entries made to the Clinic Schedule.
  • Corrected an issue with tabbing between fields in the Utilization Review portion of the Insurance Tab, in the patient file.
  • Deleting an appointment from the Personal Calendar will now always correctly display a deletion confirmation window.
  • Entering an invalid SMTP or POP3 server address, will no longer generate an exception error when checking for new mail messages.
  • Deleting an appointment from the Personal Calendar will no longer display a deletion confirmation window labeled 'Task Manager'.
  • Pictures will now be scaled, instead of cropped when added to the My Corner screen.
  • The Rename option is no longer enabled on the context menu, in the email manager, for folders that cannot be renamed.
  • Printing the list of trigger events, from the Automatic Features screen will no longer print on 2 pages.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause a payment to be applied to the wrong account, if more than 1 patient ledger was open.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the number of visits used, as shown in the ledger, from incrementing when a transaction is posted.
  • Selecting a saved profile on the Rules Based Tasks screen, then entering the name of another profile, will now correctly load the profile with the name entered, not the profile originally clicked on.
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent a confirmation dialog from appearing when deleting steps from the Master Clinic Process screen.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the save option from becoming enabled in the Master Clinic Process screen.
  • Column resizing, in Software Usage Analytics, will now correctly be remembered.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the 'open' option on the ASH Reports screen, from displaying the correct open file dialog window.
  • The Office Visits option of the Clinical Treatment Plan form, in the ASH Reports, will now correctly display all entered digits.
  • The Pertinent Past History field on the ASH Report Clinical Treatment Plan form, is now no longer incorrectly split into 3 text areas.
  • Using the 'Forward' and 'Back' buttons on the music player in the My Corner screen, should now always correctly play the next or previous songs in the play list, where applicable.
  • Fixed an issue in the inventory's Sales Tab Report, which would prevent the report from calculating correctly.
  • A patient, with no primary insurance company, will now correctly appear on the Insurance Billing error report.
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent the selection and deletion of multiple messages from the Message Center.
  • Selecting the 'Print clinic Name and Address in Box 32' option in the Insurance Claims setup screen, will no longer print a blank line in box 32 of the Claim form.
  • Printing the appointment list from the Calendar should now no longer cause the patient telephone numbers to be cut off on some printers.
