What's new in Forte 8000 V12.00.19

  • Plain Paper Itemized Statements now include the applicable NPI number
  • The Ingenix profile in the Claims X12 setup screen will now pre-fill certain fields based on Ingenix's requirements
  • Custom forms in the Forms Center can now be deleted by right clicking on the form's icon
  • Updated the Custom Form Generator to allow for all patient file fields to be included.
  • ERA entries can now be removed from the ERA Manager.
  • Added search boxes to many of the lists available from the View menu.
  • The Co-pay Estimator will now factor in any Agreed Pricing information entered for a procedure
  • Updated the EZ Notes integration to utilize the latest EZ Notes requirements
  • The ERA Manager will no longer be available to restricted users
  • A Warning message will now appear before the commencement of ERA Autopost, explaining what is going to occur.
  • Prior Authorization number will now appear on the ANSI X12 electronic claims file.
  • Type of Accident information will now appear on the ANSI X12 electronic claims file.
  • Added several fields to the Edit Dr window to allow for the addition of Taxonomy Code, Primary ID, Primary ID Qualifier, Secondary ID and Secondary ID Qualifier

 

V12.00.19 Addresses the following issues

  • Fixed an issue that would prevent certain query types from being saved in the Search Report Generator.
  • Corrected an issue that would prevent co-pay information from being transferred over during a conversion from 7000 V9.5
  • The File Server should no longer generate an error when closed.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause the Custom Form Generator to list some custom fields twice.
  • Cancelling the save dialog on the Custom Form Generator should no longer close the window if the X button was previously clicked.
  • Telephone numbers will now be printed in the normal format on Custom Forms.
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent alternative telephone numbers from being saved in patient files.
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent date values from being entered into several fields on the CAWC First Report.
  • Replying to messages sent from the message center should now reply back to the 'Reply To' address.
  • Corrected an issue that could cause multiple entries to appear in the Sent Items area of the Message Center.
  • Opening a Patient File after Line Item Posting has been performed on it, will no longer present a message indicating the file is in use.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the Electronic check box in the billing history from being properly checked.
  • Aging information should now correctly appear on Patient Statements.
  • The Account Balance Report should no longer show incorrect Patient Portion values for Cash patients.
  • Adding Agreed Pricing information will no longer cause the same insurance company to appear more than once on the list.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause some options on the Claims X12 setup screen from being invisible on Windows XP based systems.
  • The CPT Payor Report will now correctly consider credits and amount paid values in it's calculations
  • Corrected an error that could occur with the file server, after checking patients in, in the calendar.
  • Importing charges from the Forte EMR should no longer generate an error if the case number is 0
  • Fixed an error that could prevent the creation of new patient files.
  • Saving ASH Reports will no longer cause the information to appear in the wrong fields when the report is re-opened.
  • Insurance Qualifiers in the ANSI X12 file will now populate according to the Case type of the patient file currently being processed instead of the first patient in the batch.
